Where you may be now

The question is no longer whether you are capable.  It is what deserves your commitment.

You may be choosing between several ideas, working on one promising idea, or already running something that needs a clearer way to make money. We’ll help you decide what to focus on, find out what customers want, and take the next steps in a way that fits your goals and the time you have.

  1. 01

You have several ideas and aren’t sure which to pursue.

You can see more than one business you could build. You want help comparing the options and choosing which one to try first.

  2. 02

You have an idea, but don’t yet know whether people will pay for it.

You have a strong sense of what you want to build. Now you need to find out who would buy, what they would pay for, and whether the numbers could work.

  3. 03

You’ve already started, but need a clearer way to make money consistently.

People may already come to you for your expertise, or you may have customers, a product, or a community. You want to get clearer on what you’re selling, what to charge, and how to bring in customers consistently.

What you’ll work toward in your first three months.

Work out what to sell, create what you need to start selling, and begin reaching potential customers—with guidance along the way.

Your progress will depend on your starting point, the time you can give the work, and what you discover along the way.

  • Know what you’re building. Choose a business direction that fits your strengths, income goals, and the time you have.
  • Know who would buy—and why. Shape what you’re selling around what you learn from potential customers.
  • Understand how the money could work. Work through what to charge, what it costs to deliver, and how many customers you would need.
  • Know how you’ll find your first customers. Choose where to reach them and how to start the conversation.
  • Have what you need to start selling. Create clear messaging and the practical materials your business needs, such as a website page, proposal, or outreach message.
  • Learn from real responses. Put what you’re selling in front of potential customers and use their responses to decide what to improve.
  • Know what to focus on next. Establish clear priorities and a manageable weekly routine for continuing the work.
How it unfolds

Decide. Develop. Deploy.

Your first three months follow a step-by-step plan for building your business. Work through the recorded lessons at your own pace, bring your work and questions into coaching, and use feedback to decide what comes next.

STAGE 1

1

Decide

Choose what to build, understand who would buy it, and work out how it could make money.

Stage details

What you’ll do

Choose or sharpen your business idea and identify who would buy and why. Talk with potential customers, use what you learn to shape what you’ll sell, and work through what to charge, what it will cost, and how much work you can realistically take on.

What you’re building: A clear business idea, something to sell that reflects what potential customers need, and a realistic understanding of how the business could make money.

STAGE 2

2

Develop

Explain what you’re selling clearly and create what you need to reach your first customers.

Stage details

What you’ll do

Choose how you’ll reach potential customers and explain why they would choose your business. Identify people, businesses, or partners to approach. Create what you need to start selling—such as a website page, message to a potential customer, proposal, small paid trial, or partnership pitch—and bring your drafts for feedback.

What you’re building: A clear plan for reaching potential customers and the words and materials you need to start selling.

STAGE 3

3

Deploy

Start selling, learn from the responses, and improve your approach with support.

Stage details

What you’ll do

Start selling while you have support. Bring customer replies, questions, reasons for saying no, and unanswered messages into coaching. Use what you learn to improve what you’re selling and how you explain it, then choose your next priorities and a weekly routine you can sustain.

What you’re building: Experience talking to potential customers, informed decisions about what to change, and clear priorities for what comes next.

Already underway? Bring what you’ve built and what you’ve learned so far. Focus on the parts of your business that need attention.

“But the true value add was your direct feedback during the weekly calls. I appreciate your steer and practical advice.”
Jennifer Li, previous group coaching client

How support works

Bring the work. Get feedback. Know your next move.

You can bring an unfinished offer, a pricing question, feedback from a potential customer, or a business decision you need another perspective on. The Collective gives you regular opportunities to work through it with support.

  • Three live group coaching calls each month

Get direct feedback from Tomide on what you’re building. Work through questions, examine your options, and clarify your next step. Learn from the decisions other members bring, too. Calls are recorded so you can catch up when you cannot attend.

  • Feedback between calls

Share work in progress, questions, and thoughts in the private community as you apply what you’re learning. Tomide reviews and responds to community submissions Monday through Friday, with responses typically within two business days.

  • A structured pathway to apply to your business

Use the recorded curriculum and exercises to develop your thinking, then bring your work into coaching for feedback on your specific situation.

  • Other accomplished women building alongside you

Compare experiences, share what you’re learning, and build relationships with women making room for a business of their own.

“Being surrounded by other people building at the same time expanded my mind, and helped me stay motivated and feel less alone.”
Bukola Oluleye, previous group coaching client

This is built for the serious middle between “someday” and “ready to scale.”

You may still be in corporate, be on leave or in transition, or have already left. You may also choose to return. The goal is to make corporate an option, rather than your only source of economic security.

This is for you if

  • Building a business is a real part of your plan, not a passing curiosity.
  • You have a direction, several possibilities, or something already underway, and want to make better decisions about the offer, business model, and next steps before investing more time and money.
  • You are willing to speak with potential buyers, examine evidence, and change your mind when the market teaches you something.
  • You want a business that supports your life, capacity, and financial goals.

This is not for you if

  • You are primarily looking for someone to tell you what business to start, or to build it for you.
  • You already have a well-established business and are primarily looking for advanced support with scaling, team-building, or optimizing a proven customer acquisition engine.
  • You want private one-to-one coaching included in the base price.
  • You are not ready to give the work consistent attention during the initial three-month commitment.

Frequently asked questions

Before you join the waitlist.

Fit

How far along should I be before joining?

You should have a direction, possibilities you are seriously considering, or something already underway. You do not need a finished offer or a fully worked-out business model. The Collective helps you decide what deserves your focus, test whether it can work commercially, and identify what comes next. It is not primarily an idea-generation program.

Does everyone move through the program at the same pace?

No. The curriculum is self-paced, and members do not have to reach Decide, Develop, and Deploy at the same time. The pathway is designed for your first three months, but you can spend longer on a stage when the work requires it. If you already have an offer or have learned from potential customers, use that work to identify the decisions and tests that matter next.

How much time should I expect to commit?

Plan for a few focused hours each week for the recorded material, decision work, market conversations, and coaching calls. You will need consistent time to apply the work between calls, with priorities that reflect your current capacity and other commitments.

What kinds of businesses is this for?

The Collective is for women building a business around a product, a service, or their expertise—including consulting.

You might be choosing what to build, developing your first offer, or improving something you’ve already started. We’ll work through who would buy, what they would pay for, how you’ll find customers, and whether the business can work for your goals and available time.

Your business doesn’t need to look like mine. The guidance and feedback will focus on what you’re building.

Participation

Will this help me assess whether the business can make money?

Yes. You will examine who would pay, what they would pay for, and whether your pricing, costs, and capacity support a credible path to revenue. The aim is to make better-informed decisions before investing more time and money. You may strengthen the direction you have, change the offer, or decide that a particular model is not worth pursuing. The program does not promise a specific income or salary replacement within three months.

Will I get feedback on my own business?

Yes. Bring your work and questions to the three monthly group coaching calls, and share them in the community between calls. Tomide reviews and responds to community submissions Monday through Friday, with responses typically within two business days. This is group coaching with feedback on your individual work; private one-to-one sessions are not included.

What if I can’t attend a live call?

Calls are recorded, so you can catch up afterward. You can also submit your work and questions in the community between calls. Tomide reviews and responds to community submissions Monday through Friday, with responses typically within two business days.

I’ve spent money on coaching before and been disappointed. Why would this be different?

I understand the hesitation. I’ve kissed plenty of frogs in the coaching industry myself—paid for support and come away disappointed. Those experiences have made me particular about what I offer and how I deliver it.

Inside the Collective, you’ll have a clear business-building pathway, three live coaching calls each month, and a place to submit your actual work for feedback between calls. You can bring an offer, a pricing question, a draft message, or a response from a potential buyer. We’ll work through what it means for your business and what to do next.

I care about each member getting practical value from being here. That means helping you apply the work to your stage, giving you thoughtful feedback, and being honest when something needs more testing or a different approach.

You can also read what previous clients have said about working with me. The 14-day refund guarantee gives you time to experience the support for yourself.

When will the live calls take place?

I’ll poll founding members about their availability before setting the schedule, aiming for times that work for as many members as possible. There are three live group coaching calls each month. All calls are recorded, and you can submit work and questions in the community between calls if you can’t attend.

Membership terms

What happens after my first three months?

You can continue month to month for coaching, feedback, and community support as you keep building, selling, and refining your business. As a founding member, your price remains $297 per month while your membership stays active. You can also choose to leave after the initial three-month commitment.

What happens after I join the waitlist?

You’ll receive an email when founding enrollment opens on October 6, 2026, with the details you need to decide. Joining the waitlist does not reserve a paid place or commit you to buying. The Collective starts October 19, 2026.

Is there a refund guarantee?

Yes. Founding members have 14 days from the Collective’s October 19 opening to decide whether it is the right fit. Contact Tomide within that period to receive a refund of your first payment, cancellation of future payments, and release from the initial three-month commitment. There are no completed-exercise or attendance requirements.
