The question is no longer whether you are capable.  It is what deserves your commitment.

You could make several ideas work. That does not mean they are equally right for your goals, your capacity, or the way you want to live. The work is to choose deliberately, find evidence, and move forward without turning uncertainty into endless planning.

Multiple credible ideas and no clear basis for choosing

You have more than one path that could work. The challenge is not generating options. It is finding a way to compare them honestly and commit to the one worth testing.

A promising direction with untested assumptions

You have a strong instinct about what to build. What you do not have yet is evidence about the buyer, the problem, or whether people will pay for it.

Valuable experience that has not yet become a clear offer

People already come to you for what you know. Turning that into something focused, priced, and repeatable is a different kind of work.

Three months from now, the business should feel concrete.

Your business should be specific enough to explain, test, sell, and build with intention.

  • A business direction chosen against clear criteria, including fit with your life, capacity, and revenue needs.
  • A specific buyer and problem grounded in evidence, not only instinct.
  • A focused first offer and a workable way for the business to make money.
  • Clarity on which assumptions have been validated and what still needs to be learned.
  • A practical 90-day plan for taking the offer to market and creating revenue.
How it unfolds

The three-month pathway

The process moves from decision to definition to deliberate action. The curriculum gives you structure, while the coaching helps you apply it to the business only you can build.

1

Month 1

Decide

Choose the direction. Set the criteria for a business that fits your life and financial goals, examine your strongest possibilities, and commit to the one worth testing now.

2

Month 2

Define

Turn the direction into a business. Clarify the buyer, problem, offer, and business model. Identify the assumptions carrying the most risk and test them through real market conversations and signals.

3

Month 3

Deploy

Build the path to revenue. Sharpen your positioning, decide how you will reach buyers, and create a focused 90-day plan and operating rhythm you can sustain alongside the rest of your life.

Client result

From an idea to a real launch.

“Working with Tomide has been one of the most transformative experiences in launching SAÉA. I truly could not have launched this brand without her. Her thoughtful exercises helped me dig deep into my goals, values, and vision. Her unwavering support, whether celebrating milestones or tackling international payment challenges, kept me going.”

Shezal B., Founder of SAÉA

Worked with Tomide to turn her idea into a launch plan and accelerate her timeline from six months to three. SAÉA went on to have a five-figure debut launch.

This is a previous client result and is not a guarantee of results from the founding group.

Structure to move the work forward. Space to do it on your terms.

This is not a school-style cohort where everyone must complete the same assignment in the same week. You will have a clear sequence of recorded material, plus regular coaching and a small community to help you make decisions, test your thinking, and keep moving.

  • Recorded curriculum and process you work through at your own pace.
  • Three group coaching and hot-seat calls each month.
  • A shared community space between calls for questions and feedback.
  • A small room, likely ten to fifteen founding members.

This is built for the serious middle between “someday” and “ready to scale.”

This is for you if

  • Building a business is a real part of your plan, not a passing curiosity.
  • You have experience and ideas, but need to choose or validate a direction before investing more time and money.
  • You are willing to speak with potential buyers, examine evidence, and change your mind when the market teaches you something.
  • You want a business that supports your life and financial goals, not one that simply recreates your corporate job.

This is not for you if

  • You want someone to hand you a guaranteed business idea or build the business for you.
  • You already have a validated offer and are primarily looking to scale a working acquisition engine.
  • You want private one-to-one coaching included in the base price.
  • You are not ready to give the work consistent attention over the three months.
Founding details

Timeline and pricing

The founding group is intentionally small. The first members will help pressure-test the process while receiving close group-level support and direct access to the thinking behind it.

Frequently asked questions

Before you join the waitlist.

Do I need to know what business I want to build before joining?

No. You may arrive with several ideas, one early direction, or expertise you have not yet turned into an offer. Month 1 is designed to help you compare the possibilities against your life, capacity, and revenue needs and choose what is worth testing.

Does everyone move through the program at the same pace?

No. The recorded curriculum gives you a clear sequence, but you can work through it at the pace your situation allows. The group calls and community are there to help you apply the process, get feedback, and keep moving.

How much time should I expect to commit?

Plan for a few focused hours each week for the recorded material, decision work, market conversations, and coaching calls. The work should fit alongside a demanding career, but it will require consistent attention.

What happens after I join the waitlist?

You will be the first to receive the finalized schedule, full program details, and enrollment link when founding enrollment opens around October 1, 2026. Joining the waitlist is not a purchase and does not obligate you to enroll.

If this sounds like the decision you are ready to make, join the waitlist.

Joining does not commit you to buy. It tells me you want the full details when founding enrollment opens, and gives me enough context to make sure the group is being built for the women it is meant to serve.
